Shipping

All our products are made with 14K or 18K solid gold and full-cut natural diamonds. Your pieces will never tarnish or lose their spark. We recommend keeping it away from the beach since the sand can get into specific parts of rings, earrings, and necklaces that will be hard to clean. 

You can always use a cotton cloth and a gentle spray. 

At Nostalgii, we have competitive prices because we source and manufacture all of our pieces. Usually, other retailers have to go through wholesalers, while we bring them into our store directly from the producer. This is how we bring the highest quality and best price to you in all of our pieces.

YES! All of our diamonds are natural and conflict-free. We make sure that workers get paid fairly under safe working conditions and always follow environmentally sound practices. 

80% of all of our pieces are handmade in our studio in New York City! We only create a few pieces outside of the U.S to maintain quality and price standards.

All of our unique styles are made with love in our NYC showroom.  Please allow  2-3 business days for your order to be completed and shipped.  If you need to meet a certain deadline or need expedited shipping, we may be able to accommodate your request.  Please email us at nostalgiiCustomerService@gmail.com 

Domestic packages are shipped via FedEx 2 Day service FREE on all orders, International packages are shipped via FedEx 5-7 Day service ( Depending on precise location ). Each item comes complete with a jewelry box, jewelry pouch, and authenticity card in our beautiful deluxe custom packaging.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges.

Just contact us within:  5 days of delivery, and ship items back to us within: 14 days of delivery. If you would like to create a return please email us for a return authorization at nostalgiicustomerservice@gmail.com  (no refund will be granted without return authorization)

Returns after the 14-day period are only eligible for store credit up to 30 days after the delivery date.

For your protection, please pack your returns in the original box along with all contents of the package, return your order with an insured trackable courier & retain your receipt. Nostalgii Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and invoice number. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item(s). This email will also confirm that your refund has been issued. Please allow 1-3 days for this process.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The items must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging.

Once an order has been placed it may be canceled any time before your item has shipped. Please contact us at sales@nostalgiijewelry.com with your order number in the subject line. Should the item ship before we receive your request, the order can no longer be canceled.
